- Log in to your "cPanel" account.
- 2. Click "Email Accounts" under the "Email" heading.
- A list of your active "Email accounts" will appear. After choosing the email account you wish to remove, click the remove option.
- A notice stating that "All data associated with the email account(s) will be permanently destroyed" will show up in a message asking you to confirm the deletion will appear. Select "DELETE" from the menu.
Note: Before you delete your email account, make a backup of all of your critical emails.
