  • Take these actions: Select "Start" from the menu.
  • The "Run" box will appear once you type "Run" into the search bar.
  • In the Run box, type "cmd" and press the "Enter" key. The command window will start.
  • In it, carry out the following command:
    • Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
    • Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
    • Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
    • Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
    • Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
      Restart the computer.
  • In Windows and 10, the DNS cache can be cleared in this manner.
