How to open a ticket from the Client Area Portal Print

  • From the home page of the main website, select the Client Area link in the top right corner.
  • Enter your registered email address and password to access your client area.
  • Once you've logged in, go to the home screen and select the "Support" tab from the dashboard's left side.
  • Click the support tab to access the support Tickets page. To open new ticket, click "Open Ticket".
  • Depending on the problem, choose any of the departments after clicking the "Open Ticket" link.
  • After choosing the department, correctly fill out the details.
  • To add new ticket, complete the message, if necessary, and then click the submit button.
  • To add a new ticket, press the submit button.
  • After submitting a ticket, the system will produce a ticket ID for you. Keep this ID on hand for future use.
