Logging into your Webhost Manager (WHM) is the first step.
Select "Create a New Account" from the "Account Functions" option on the left.
Submit the information to create the new account. Put in the principal domain name associated with your cPanel account. Enter the cPanel account's username and password. The email address connected to the cPanel account should be entered.
After you have completed all the fields in accordance with the specifications, click the "Create" button as indicated above. There is a fresh cPanel account now.
